The AV Departmen offers a wide range of services and equipment campus-wide. The Department is here to meet your Audio/Visual needs, whether curricula enhancement or school functions. The AV Office is located in the Technology Office, Room 4, open the following hours:
8-10 a.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
Wednesday by appointment only.
For specific requests, please submit an IT Request form on Cushnet.
Fisher-Watkins Library offers a collection of approximately 1000 videos as well as a small number of books on audiocassette. All are included in the library’s online catalog. Videos and books in audio format can also be acquired through Interlibrary Loan.

All equipment must be signed out in advance and is on a first
come basis. If you allow students to use equipment, you must
sign it out and are responsible
for its care and return. Please make sure that equipment is returned promptly
as there is a high demand. (Equipment is not for personal use.)
The AV Department offers a varied collection of approximately
1000 videos for you
to check out. They are included in the Library’s
catalog. Videos and Audiocassettes
can also be acquired through Inter-Library Loan, however the timing
is not always convenient.
There are televisions (on rolling carts) on the first and second
floors and the basement level of the Main building for you convenience.
They are housed in rooms 1, 110 and 210. Please remember to return
them to there respective “home” after their use. Sign
out notebooks (green) will be kept in the Lounge.
Requests can be made directly with the Director, via phone, email or through AV Requests that can be found on Cushnet in the Academic
Conferences folder. The Department also provides for special events
but requests for such must be made at least one week in advance.
