Turnitin.com
Turnitin.com - A service to help teachers check on student plagiarism. You may download the manuals which will be necessary in the initial sign-up process and in learning how to use the site. After creating your own personal account, you will have to join the school's account. After setting up your own classes and your own desktop, you can have your students submit their papers with their own accounts. Students will then need to log in and create user accounts. For more information about student accounts see the "Student User Guide", attached. In doing this the students will know they have to be honest on the front end of things because all papers are being scanned. You will simply download the papers from the site.http://www.turnitin.com. Contact the Tech Department or Library for Cushing's Account ID# and password. Click on the manual to download the file needed.
