Celebrate Independence! is the theme of the book display at the entrance of the Fisher-Watkins Library for Summer Session 2005. Books on the history of the fight for independence and the men and women who fought them, along with biographies of the men who created and signed the Declaration of Independence were selected from the library collection to demonstrate that History lives @ your library!!

To help commemorate the opening of the new Star Wars movie, the International Room book display has been filled with Star Wars books, fantasy fiction and graphic novels from the collection. Leisure reading is an important and soothing activity, a kind of relaxing exercise for the brain . So Use the Force: READ!!!
